If you are a ‘duty-holder’, i.e.
Own a building
Responsible for a building through a contract or tenancy agreement
Control a building but have no formal contract or agreement
You own a multi-occupancy building and are responsible for maintenance and repairs
You are required to manage the risk from asbestos. We have developed an easy to use, free gap analysis that will give you a clearer understanding of what needs to be done in relation to your current asbestos management plan; bringing it in-line with current regulations and filling any gaps. If you are starting from scratch it will allow us to provide the necessary advice and guidance to prepare a management plan and ensure you are compliant moving forward.
The analysis consists of 7 questions and upon completion the results will be e-mailed directly to you; our Operations and Project Managers are always available to discuss the information either face-to-face or over the telephone.
