National Projects Director
From undertaking the role of Director of Operations within ASKAMS and with the continual growth and expansion of the company Peter has now been appointed in a new role as National Projects Director
Peter has previous experience of being Managing Director of successful consultancy business. With a proven track record and strong reputation within the consultancy sector where he worked for for over 25 years. During his consultancy career he has held roles and responsibilities including, Projects Director, Contracts Director, Senior Project Manager.
The appointment will provide leadership and strategic direction for the full and effective delivery of programmes and projects across the ASKAMS ever growing portfolio from project brief, scope of work, management of project plan and scheduling. Providing tactical input and building relationships, which will oversee all areas of project activity.
A key aspect of the role will involve bringing together a newly developed team and developing and implementing consistent Project Management practices and findings from the client review on time and to budget. To provide communication channels to industry about progress on relevant programmes of work and play a pivotal role in influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, thought leaders, subject matter experts and Members for their input to deliver projects.
